Our History
Founded in January of 2020 and based in Hong Kong, EOS Software is formed by a group of IT professionals​ who combined to have possessed over hundreds of years experience in developing high-performance and robust trading systems for the capital market globally.

We have launched an Operation Centre in Tokyo, Japan to offer 24x7 system monitoring, bilingual (English and Japanese) user support and incident management and escalation to clients in the region.

Our Founders
Tse Man Chun
Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Tse Man Chun brings over 30 years of experience in the financial market and high performance mission critical system including Order Matching, Market Access Platform, Market Data and Smart Order Routing systems.

Previously, he was at Chi-X Global (Exchange operators in Australia, Japan and Canada) where he served as the CTO, managed the trading platform modules including Matching Engine, Trading Gateway, Market Data System and Smart Order Routing. Prior to that, he was the Head of Professional Services at Thomson Reuters. Before Reuters, he worked at Cicada oversaw the implementation of market data systems for major exchanges: DBAG, EuroNext, SGX and CFETS; and Merrill Lynch Japan in various technology leadership and development roles.
Punky Tse
Co-founder and Chief Architect
Mr. Punky Tse has 25+ years of experience in designing and developing the high performance mission critical in-memory financial system including Order Matching Engine, Smart Order Routing and Ticker Plant System. Mr. Punky Tse oversees product strategy, architecture, research and development at EOS Software.

Previously, he was at Chi-X Global Technology where he served as the Chief Architect responsible for the Smart Order Routing and the Market Access Platform for the Japanese Markets. He was also the key player in the design and implementation of the high performance enterprise message bus for CFETS in China. Prior to that, he worked at Cicada for the implementation of the Ticker Plant System for DBAG, EuroNext and SGX.
